Recreating a wallpaper I had on my windows xp machine many years ago.

It takes a bunch of characters that look like the ones used in The Matrix (such as ﾊﾐﾋｰｳｼﾅﾓﾆｻﾜﾂｵ...).

It creates 20 rows, and creates an object for each row (with a randomly selected character).

They start at the top of the canvas, then every ~100ms it repaints them slightly lower in position (with some transparency so you get the fading effect).
